Order Processing Time
Normally, if ordinary products are in stock, they can be dispatched in 2-3 working days; embroidered products will be processed within 3-5 working days.
NOTE:
a. If you need to change the shipping address, change the SKU of the purchased product, or pre-sale the product before the order is sent, we will re-update the order information for you. The package will be delayed by 3 days compared with the normal order processing time.
b. If the order is out of stock, we will contact you by email to inform you of the relevant processing plan. Please check your email in time.

*DHL Express is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We only ship to P.O. PO Boxes and Military (APO, FPO) addresses via free standard shipping.
